 GAP Insurance at VECU! Extra Insurance For Your Peace of Mind! At VECU, we offer GAP insurance at a low cost to you. The GAP insurance works in addition to the vehicle insurance that you already have. What will GAP insurance pay? If you have GAP insurance coverage in addition to your vehicle insurance coverage and wrecks the vehicle, GAP insurance will pay and differences left on the loan after the insurance company has paid. The GAP insurance will also pay the deductible that the vehicle insurance company charges the member. Also, the GAP insurance will provide a $1,000.00 voucher (to be used as a down payment on a loan financed at VECU). There are restrictions to the GAP insurance . Member must have vehicle insurance coverage. $1,000.00 can only be applied to a loan at VECU. This coverage can be added to an existing loan. |
